经尿道前列腺等离子电切术89例围手术期护理体会

Experience of perioperative nursing care of 89 patients with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术围手术期的护理方法。方法:对89例前列腺肥大患者应用经尿道前列腺等离子电切术,并予围手术期精心护理。结果:本组出现膀胱痉挛36例,术后出血1例,尿道狭窄1例,尿失禁2例,无褥疮、下肢静脉栓塞等严重并发症。结论:加强围手术期护理有利于经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者的术后康复。

Objective ： To explore nursing care of patients with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in perioperative period. Methods： Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate was applied to 89 patients with prostatic hyperplasia and meticulous nursing care was given in perioperative period. Results： Cystospasm occurred in 36 patients, postsurgical hemorrhage in one patient, urethrastennosis in one patient and urinary incontinence in 2 patients. There were no such complications as bed sore and phlebothrombosis of leg. Conclusion ： It is helpful for patient＇s recovery to strengthen nursing care in perioperative period of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate.
