Design and Application of SMS Voice VAS Platform

当前电信行业短信语音增值业务种类繁多,其业务接口多样、技术门槛较高,服务商不得不将很多精力放在技术开发上。该文分析了短消息语音增值平台的现状,设计了语音接入网关、统一短消息融合接口以及业务接口系统,最后利用短项目周期开发方法论完成了系统集成。论述的短消息语音增值平台系统方案,实现了电信语音服务与短消息服务的完美结合,开辟了一套客户服务应用及利润的新增长点,具有广泛的应用价值。

Currently, there are plenty of value added services with complicated access modes, interfaces and higher threshold, Those make service providers spend lots of energy to solve the problem of technology. This paper makes a deep research about the current SMS Voice VAS platform. It designs a voice access gateway, and delivers a SMS convergence gateway solution, and completes project based on an implementation methodology to deal with a short project lift cycle with limited investment. This solution realizes the convergence of voice and SM and provides a new profit increasing point.
