根据水分子与汽分子的直径差异提出制作防水透汽聚氯乙烯涂层篷布的设想。在聚氯乙烯涂层剂中加入聚丙烯酸盐系列超强吸水剂涂覆于织物,吸水剂在涂层中形成可开闭的孔眼,下雨时吸水剂吸水膨胀堵住孔眼阻止水进入,天晴时吸水剂收缩敝开孔眼使水汽等可通过。对该篷布的生产工艺路线、防水透汽整理剂的原材料选择等进行了探讨。

The imagination of producing PVC waterproof and steam permeable coating sailcloth is put forth according to diameter difference between water molecule and vapour molecule. The production processing line for sailcloth and raw material selection of waterproof and steam permeable finishes is discussed.
