C8051F060单片机在新型井壁超声成像仪器中的应用

摘要 介绍了混合信号系统级单片机C8051F060的特点。以C8051F060单片机为主控芯片,设计了新型井壁超声成像测井仪的电路,单片机外围扩展了声波发射电路、声波发射幅度控制电路、回波预处理电路、程控放大器电路、峰值保持器电路、回波时间检测电路、行同步信号提取电路、命令接收电路和PCM码合成驱动电路等,各电路单元在单片机的控制下协调地工作,完成声波发射、接收、处理和上传等功能。该设计有效地提高了仪器的测量精度和灵敏度,在套管检测过程中取得了较好的应用效果。 Introduced is the characteristic of mixed-signal system-on-one-board MCUs C8051F060 in this paper. Designed is a new ultra sonic imaging tool that its main control chip is C8051F060. Extended are the periphery circuits of single chip, such as, ultra sonic transmitting circuit, sonic transmitting range control circuit, echo pretreatment circuit, programme control amplifier circuit, peak value holder circuit, echo time inspection circuit, line synchronization signal-pick circuit, command receiving circuit and PCM code composed driver circuit. Each circuit works harmoniously by the single chip control, and completes sonic transmitting, receiving, processing and submission tasks, etc. The new design can effectively improve diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of this tool. It has acquired a better application results in casing examination.
