油管输送射孔与螺杆泵联作技术在斜直井中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 螺杆泵采油与油管输送射孔(TCP)联作工艺技术是将采油管柱与油管输送射孔结合起来,使新井下螺杆泵与射孔完井一趟管柱完成,在下完抽油杆之后,密封井口,采用油套环空加压引爆射孔枪的方式,射孔后立即启动螺杆泵电机,进行采油。介绍了该技术的原理和工艺流程。该技术既可提高射孔完井效率,又可预防井喷事故发生,减少作业次数和井喷压井所带来的设备和压井液费用,同时减轻了作业人员劳动强度。在大庆油田聚合物驱油斜直井的现场应用见到了明显的效果。 A technology of combining TCP and oil well pump has been developed to complete pertoration completion and running pump in one trip. After running pumping rod or sucker rod, the wellhead is sealed, and then the perforators are detonated through increasing pressure in the annular; As soon as the perforating operation is finished, the pumping rod is started for drainage and oil recovery. This paper introduces the criteria of selecting pump and detonating mode, the principle and operation of perforating gun and firing. This technology not only increases perforation completion efficiency but also simplifies operating procedures and cuts down costs and lightens the labor strength of workers. It is successfully used in slant Well × 1-5-××01 in Daqing oilfield.
