依据大量研究文献和洞庭湖区的实地调查,认为公路城镇化效应、公路水利效应、相对于候鸟栖息地的公路阻隔及接近效应是公路建设影响洞庭湖湿地生态环境的主要因素。建立了由公路等级、公路城镇化效应以及公路水利效应等指标构成的评价指标体系。研究了公路建设影响洞庭湖湿地生态环境3S监测区域的合理确定及评价方法。其中包括:公路城镇化效应敏感区域所具备的条件、相关3S监测区域的选择及评价方法;公路建设水利效应3S监测区域的划分;公路水利效应的区域分析方法。为基于3S技术监测评价公路建设影响洞庭湖湿地生态环境奠定了基础。
