摘要
分析了传动链系统实现间歇传动时的动力学影响因素.针对间歇传动链实验、动态数据采集与分析的问题,建立了反映该类传动系统动力学特性的实验测试系统.实验台由伺服电机驱动,模拟传动链实现间歇传动时的运动规律.为实现测试信号线与链节同步运动,避免信号线与链节发生缠绕,设计了一套特殊的槽凸轮-滑块机构, 可以有效拾取链节在运动中的振动信号.实验针时传动链的不同工况,应用直接测量法,进行了实验测试,总结归纳了传动链以修正正弦(MA)和修正等速(MCV)等多种不同运动规律实现间歇传动时,链节加速度响应的变化规律.实验结果表明,建立的测试系统能有效拾取链节在运转中的振动信号,精确反映间歇传动链系统的动力学特性.
The influence factors of a transmission chain are analyzed when it realizes intermittent motion. Aimed at the experiment, dynamic signal collection and analysis, a testing system for investigation on the dynamic behavior of intermittent chain is set up. An AC servomotor drives the experimental set to provide the motion curves that simulate intermittent motion. To keep the signal wire synchronizing with the chain links and avoid intertwist between them in the dynamic test, a set of special mechanism of groove cam with the slider is designed to pick up vibration signals when the chain is running. Experiment tests are carried out at different work conditions with the direct measuring method, and the changing laws of the acceleration response are summarized when the chain realizes intermittent motion with various motion curves, for instance, modified sine or modified constant velocity. The experiment system can pick up vibration signals effectively and reflect the dynamic behavior of intermittent chain accurately.
