摘要
通过不同的基本培养基、不同浓度的6-BA和IBA对小菊叶片再生的影响,本试验筛选出了最佳的不定芽分化培养基:1/2MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA1.0 mg/L。
The effect of different basic medium and different combination of 6 - BA and IBA on the buds regenerating from leaves of D. morifolium was studied. The best medium for shoot buds induction and elongation was： 1/2MS ＋6 -BA 2.0mg/L＋IBA 1.0mg/L.
