介绍了一种高温锰盐磷化工艺,讨论了槽液总酸度和游离酸度、铁离子含量、磷化温度等因素对锰盐磷化膜质量的影响情况,总结了生产应用中的工艺控制要点。该工艺磷化膜无脆性、耐蚀性高,很好地满足了用户要求。
In order to satisfiedly meet the special quality requirements that the from AIF company,A high-temperature manganese-salt phosphating process was studied.The effects of phosphating total acidity and free acidity,Fe^(2+) concentration,and temperature on the quality of the phosphating coating were investigated.The process application and quality control outlines were summarized.It was found that the established phosphating process had good production stability and economy benefit,and could be used to prepare well-received phosphating coating without brittleness and with good corrosion resistance as specified by Air Bus Corporation in France.
