摘要
电镀故障产生的原因极其复杂,水质的影响同样不可忽视。介绍了几例水质造成的故障现象,并简要分析了其造成故障的原因。
Several trouble cases related to water quality in electroplating were analyzed,and the causes leading to the troubles were briefed.It was pointed out that among various complicated causes leading to troubles in electroplating, the effect of water quality should not be ignored.
