促肝细胞生长素联合苦参碱治疗重型肝炎疗效观察

The integration of matrine and hepatocyte growth-promtting factors in treating severe hepatitis

目的观察促肝细胞生长素(HGF)和苦参碱联用对重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法54例重型肝炎患者,随机分成治疗组及对照组。对照组给予常规西药综合治疗;治疗组在常规西药综合治疗的基础上,给予HGF、苦参碱静滴,疗程4周。治疗4周后比较两组患者肝功能,凝血酶原时间(PT)及凝血酶原活动度(PTA)和病死率。结果治疗组的肝功能得到改善,PT降低,PTA升高(P<0.01),病死率降低(P<0.05)。结论HGF苦参碱联用可改善重型肝炎患者的肝功能生化指标,降低病死率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the integration of matrine and hepatocyte growth - promtting factors in treatment of severe hepatitis. Methods Fifty - four patients with severe hepatitis were divided at random into treatment group and control group. The control group were treated with normal synthetic western medicine, and the treatment group were treated with the integration of matrine and hepatocyte growth -promtting factors for 4 weeks on the base of western medicine Two groups＇liver function, PT, PTA and fatality rate were compared after 4 weeks. Results For the treatment group, their liver function were increased, and fatality rate decreased. Conclusion The integration of matrine and factors could improve liver function and decrease fatality rate of patients with severe improved, PT decreased, PTA hepatocyte growth - promtting hepatitis.
