矿物粉尘与人体3种正常细菌相互作用的机制研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察4种矿物粉尘对人体大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌、缓症链球菌等3种正常细菌的影响。方法矿物粉尘与3种细胞作用24小时后,观察培养基钙离子、镁离子、3种细菌特征酶、特征产物以及扫描电镜观察细胞形态变化。结果水镁石粉尘及水泥厂粉尘使3种细菌培养基钙离子、镁离子、细菌数量及葡萄糖消耗显著增高,特征酶、特征产物增多,各细菌形态均发生了改变。结论含钙离子或镁离子高的矿物粉尘能促进3种细菌的生长代谢。 Objective To study the effects of four kinds of mineral dusts from different place in our country on the Escherichia coil, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus mitis. Methods The changes in number of bacterium, consumed glucose, the concentration of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+, production and activity of characteristic enzyme in the culture medium were observed. The technique of scanning electron microscopy was used to examine the change of bacterial shape. Results The mineral dusts containing high Ca^2+ or Mg^2+ could increase number of bacterium, production and activity of characteristic enzyme and increase the changes of consumed glucose and bacterial shape. Conclusion It was suggested that the mineral dusts containing high Ca^2+ or Mg^2+ could promote metabolism of Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus epidermidis.
