摘要
探讨了用近红外光谱法测定四氢呋喃聚合反应液中水含量的可行性,采用微库仑法测定聚合反应液中的水含量作为建立数学模型的标准数据。近红外光谱经一阶导数法预处理后,方法的灵敏度和准确性都有较大的改善,可以获得较好的定量结果。试验结果表明近红外光谱法与标准方法测定结果的相对偏差小于5%,成对t检验结果表明这2种分析方法之间无显著性差异,具有较好的重复性和准确性,适用于工业现场的在线检测。
The feasibility of the method to determine the content of water in polymerization liquid by NIR spectroscopy was explored. The standard data for mathematical model establishment came from water content by Microcoulomb equipment. By first derivative, the sensitivity and accuracy of the method were improved. The test results by NIR and standard method had little difference. NIR's relative deviation was less than 5%. The results of the paired t test also showed that there was no obvious difference between NIR method and standard method. It was showed that the presented method had a good repeatability and stability and could be applied to online detection in industrial process.
