Reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects by free forearm flap

目的探讨游离前臂皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损特点。方法采用游离前臂皮瓣修复50例口腔癌患者术后所致软组织缺损。结果50例患者中48例成功,2例失败,成功率96%。结论游离前臂皮瓣具有很大的灵活性,是修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损较好的皮瓣。

Objective To study the characteristic of reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects by free forearm flap. Methods Free forearm flaps were used to reconstruct the soft tissue defects of 50 patients after radical operation of oral cancer. Result Forty-eight free forearm flaps survived and 2 failed in the 50 cases. The success rate was 96 %. Conclusion The free forearm flap is versatile in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects and it can be a first choice.
