摘要
从地方、社会、学生的需要出发,分析了划转院校加强办学特色研究的重要性,提出了划转院校确立办学特色的原则和方法。
The importance of studying the characteristics of running colleges and universities which used to be run by the state ministry and nowby the local government is analyzed from local, social and students＇ needs and some principles and strategies for running such universities are put forwards.
