摘要
学校管理中的自我诊断不仅仅是对学校问题的诊断,还包括对学校优势资源的诊断,其管理的主动权主要掌握在学校管理者手中。它的实行有利于管理者、教师和学生管理能力的提高,有利于校本管理的进一步推行。
Self-diagnosis in school administration includes not only the problems, but also its advantageous resources of the school. The initiative of administration is mainly in the hands of those who are in charge of the school. Its implementation is in favor of the improvement of the administrative ability of the administrators, teachers and students. And it is also beneficial to the further carrying out of the school-based management.
