摘要
九甸峡水利枢纽Ⅵ号、Ⅶ号公路开挖过程中,路堑石方爆破是施工中的重点,合理的边坡控制及施工中的安全问题是施工的关键,爆破工艺与参数的设计对爆破效果影响较大。选用本爆破方案进行设计施工后,路堑爆破效果良好,对两侧边坡没有任何影响,岩堆集中,块度适中,且单位炸药消耗量由原来的0.5kg/m3降至0.38kg/m3,经济效果明显。
In the excavation of No.Ⅵ and No.Ⅶ highway of Jiudianxia Project, blasting of cutting rock is the key work in construction. Reasonable slope control and safety are the key to construction, and way of blasting and design of parameter have great effect on the blasting result. Use of this blasting method results in good cutting blasting and has no effect on the slopes of the two sides, with mass heap of rock and proper pieces of rock. Besides, the wastage of dynamite has decreased to 0.38kg/m^2 from the original 0.5kg/m^2 and economic benefits are obvious.
