An Analytical Study on Organophosphorus and Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Vegetables by GC-TSD

采用毛细管气相色谱法测定蔬菜中7种有机磷农药(敌敌畏、久效磷、甲拌磷、乐果、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱、喹硫磷)和氨基甲酸酯农药(抗蚜威)残留,氮磷检测器检测,外标法计算含量.该方法对8种农药的平均回收率为89.1%;变异系数(RSD)为2.58%;此方法快速、简便、准确,具有良好的通用性,一次提取,一次进样分离测定.

Residues of 7 organphosphorus and 1 carbamate pesticides were measured in vegetables by capillary gas chromatography with the contents of nitrogen-phosphorus determined by an external standard. The average recovery of the 8 pesticides ranged from 80.2% to 104.1% and RSD from 1.61% to 4.33%. The method is simple rapid, and accurate. Multi-pesticides can be extracted and analyzed at a time.
