摘要
首先对不解体油耗检测的技术进行了研究,通过对激光和超声波检测技术的理论研究及二者的优缺点的比较,得出了适合于不解体油耗检测的技术——超声波检测技术。之后,从检测的实际情况出发,通过对超声波传感器的理论研究,得出了适合于小管径微流量不解体油耗检测的超声波传感器选用方案,同时经过实验佐证提出适合于不解体油耗分析的超声波检测方法——时差法。
First, the fuel consumption detecting technique in non -disintegration Way has been examined. Through theoretical research on techniques for detection with laser and ultrasonic wave and by contrast of two kinds of detections each to other, in merits and demerits, it is known that the technique suitable for fuel consumption detection in non -disintegration way, is the technique of ultrasonic wave detection. Then, proceed from detection actuality and by way of theoretical research on ultrasonic wave sensor, there has been gained the schemes for ultrasonic wave sensor detection ,which are acceptable for in small tube microflow fuel consumption detection in non -disintegration way, at the same time by experimental proof, the ultrasonic wave detection method -time difference method, which is applicable to fuel consumotion analvsis in non-disintegration, has been raised as well.
