娄底市矿山地质环境概论

A DISCUSSION ON THE MINING GEOLOGICAL-ENVIONMENT IN LOUDI CITY,HUNAN

娄底市是湖南省的矿业大市之一,矿山地质环境影响较为严重,矿业活动对矿区的水、土、旅游及人文资源的可持续利用产生了危害。管理干部的观念落后、不作为以及管理制度的不完善是矿山地质环境未能根本好转的主要原因。跳出重开发轻环保的陈旧观念,以高度的历史使命感做好矿政管理的规章建设,严肃矿政管理纪律,实行政务公开,并引导全社会把地质环境保护当成一项自觉行为,是矿山地质环境实现优化和达到根本好转的基本条件。

Loudi is one of the strong mining cities in Hunan province. Its mining geological-enviroment has partly been seriously damaged. Mining activities have imperiled the sustainable utilization of such resources as water, soil, tour and human culture. The principal causes that the mining geological-enviroment has not been better recovered are the lag idea, the out-of-action of the manager, and the imperfection of the managing rules. Only when we leap out of the old idea that resources exploitation is more important than the environment protection ,build well the mining-policy manage rules with high history mission, put the mining-policy manage discipline in good order, put the mining-policy work into the open,conduct all over the society taking the geologi- cal-enviroment protection as a self-consciousness behaviour,is it possible that the mining geological-enviroment be fundamentally optimized.
