摘要
进行了柴油机改为天然气发动机的进气系统、燃烧系统、天然气供给系统、点火系统和电控系统等的设计.通过采取高效稀薄燃烧控制方案,实现了不采用EGR情况下NOx排放物的有效控制,仅匹配氧化催化转化器, 发动机排放即可达到欧Ⅲ(ESC)法规要求.同时,通过改进活塞环及活塞结构,解决了由柴油机改为天然气时发动机机油消耗量过高的问题.试验结果表明,CA6SE1-21N天然气发动机不仅达到了原柴油机的标定功率水平,而且具有良好的可靠性.
This paper presents the designs for intake system, combustion system, CNG supply system, ignition system and electronic control system of CNG ( compressed natrural gas) engine. Through investigation and application of lean burn technologies, NO, exhaust emission was controlled effectively without using EGR(exhaust gas recirculation). The CNG engine met Euro Ⅲ (ESC,Euroipean steady cycle) regulation requirement with oxidation catalytic converter. In the meantime, the problem of excessive oil consumption of CNG engine was solved by improving the structures of piston and piston rings. The test results show that CA6SE1-21N CNG engine possesses the rated power of base diesel engine and higher durability.
