射干异黄酮类化合物的分离与结构鉴定 被引量:13

摘要 目的研究中药射干[Belamcanda chinensis(L.)DC.]乙醇提取物中的化学成分。方法应用多种柱色谱方法进行分离和纯化,根据NMR和MS等波谱解析确定化合物结构。结果从射干根茎的乙醇提取物中分离出5个化合物,分别鉴定为:3′-羟基鸢尾苷(1)、鸢尾苷(2)、野鸢尾苷(3)i、ristectorin A(4)和异阿魏酸(5)。结论化合物1、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,首次对化合物1的核磁信号进行归属。 Aim To study the chemical constituents from the ethanol extract of Belarncanda chinensis (L.) DC. Methods Five compounds were isolated by using chromatographic methods and their structures were determined on the basis of NMR and MS spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of its rhizome and characterized as 3′-hydroxy tectroridin(1), tectoridin(2), iridin(3), iristectorin A(4) and isoferulic acid(5). Conclusion Compounds 1, 5 are obtained for the first time from the genus, and the ^1H- and ^13C-NMR spectra of compound 1 are completely assigned for the first time.
