摘要
围涂工程的防洪除涝包括流域内上游各防护对象和围区两个方面。要解决好围涂工程中的防洪除涝问题,必须做好全流域范围内的防洪除涝规划和围区规划工作,计算、分析并确定水闸规模,最后提出合理可行的水闸运用方式。本文以在我国东南沿海地区具有一定代表性的浙江省温州市乐清胜利塘北片围涂工程为对象,采用平原河网非恒定流等水利计算方法,以研究围涂工程规划中的防洪除涝问题。
The flood control and waterlogged elimination includes two aspects: the objects are all defended in the basin and reclaimed area. It is necessary to plan flood control and waterlogged elimination, calculate and analyse the size of water gate, as well as to bring forward the reasonable and feasible running way. A representative example of reclamation engineering is located in Yueqing(Wenzhou, Zhejiang) which is cited to illustrate the way of resolving these problems.
