摘要
对以氘化钛形式吸附在金属钛中的氘的扩散行为进行了研究。样品经电子束加温至343℃,用4He-D前向反冲方法测量氘化钛分解后筑在钛表面和内部的浓度分布。由扩散方程求得吸附的氘化钛样品中氖的扩散系数和表面复合系数,并与通过向钛中注入氘的方法得到的结果进行了比较。
Diffusion of adsorbed deuterium in Ti-D compound has been studied.Theconcentration of deuterium both in the internal and at the surface of titanium afterdecomposing titanium deutride at an annealing temperature of 343oC were measuredby 'He--D forword recoil detection.From the obtained data and diffusion equations,the diffusion coefficient of deuteriu!n in titanium and the surface recombinationcoefficient were deduced.These coefficients are compared with that for the implanteddeuterium in titanium.
