重庆市2005年食品容器及包装材料产品卫生质量分析 被引量:1

ANALISIS OF HYGIENIC QUALITY OF PRODUCTS USED AS FOOD COANTAINERS AND PACKAGING MATERIALS IN CHONGQING IN 2005

摘要 目的:了解重庆市食品容器及包装材料产品卫生质量。方法:重庆市卫生监督所对市内42家食品容器及包装材料生产企业生产的产品进行抽(送)检,检品测结果按照国家标准进行评价。结果:样品包括塑料制品(包括聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、复合食品包装袋、纸制品共66件,合格率为93.9%。不合格样品4件为聚乙烯塑料桶1件、聚丙烯快餐盒1件,不合格指标为蒸发残渣;纸制品2件,不合格指标均为荧光性物质。结论:个别食品容器及包装材料生产企业还存在卫生质量问题,需进一步加强对我市食品容器及包装材料的卫生监督。 Object: To understand the hygienic quality of products used as materials for food coantainers and packaging in chongqing. Method- Samples were collected by Health Supervisor Institute of Chongqing Municipal Health Bureau or sended by the 42 enterprise which produced materials for food eoantainers and packaging in Chongqing.The results was appraised acording to National Standard.Results. The overvaU qualification rate of 66 samples induding polyethylene products, polyvinyl chloride products, polypropyrene products, polycarbonate products, polyethylene terephthalate products, composite laminated food packaging bag and paper products was 93.9%. There were 4 samples below the National Standard.One IrE barrel and one PP dinner set were unqualified because of residue on evaporation of the products was higer than the National Standard. Two paper products were unqualified because of index of fluorescence substance. Conclusion: Some hygienic quality problems exsisted in the products of few enterprise which produced food coantainers and packaging materials. It is necessary to enhance supervisor of hygienic quality of products used as food eoantainers and packaging materials in Chongqing.
