摘要
微机温度实时控制系统,常会因某些因素的影响而使微机出现故障——微机硬件故障和程序运行故障,从而导至系统失控,引起超温。在热处理过程中,这将使材料与工件性能降低,甚至报废。本文针对目前国内所采用的微机控温系统的工作过程,分析了微机出现故障后的系统状态,设计了一种自动定温和超温保护电路,并提供了相应的调试数据。这种电路在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
The real time temperature control system based on microcomputer often breaks down because of hardware trouble or program running trouble, therefore the system is out of control and causes overheating. In the process of heat treatment, that might make the performance of material or parts degenerate or even discarded. The paper analyses the status of the disfunctional system and presents a protective circuict for automatic temperature limit and overheating-proof. The test data is provided and the circuit works well.
