摘要
该文介绍了存储器的分类及真空荧光屏显示器驱动芯片的特点;对芯片的显示存储器部分进行了深入的研究,给出了存储器的整体结构框图及几个重要组成部分的电路图;对其工作原理进行了详细的分析,并给出了相应的真值表或仿真结果。该显示存储器使驱动芯片具有系统设计容易,潜在的故障少,工作速度快的特点。
This paper introduces the characteristics of memory and VFD driving chip. It discusses the components of display memory and offers their circuits. The theories of operation are analyzed in details and simulation results or truth tables are offered. Display memory adopts eight transistors memory cell so that the driving chip has many characteristics such as faster speed,easier design,less latent trouble and so on.
