安徽电网首次黑启动试验研究

First black start test and investigation of Anhui power grids

国际上大停电事故频繁发生,为我国电网的运行安全敲响了警钟。在目前电网用电形势紧张的情况下,安徽省电力公司除了加强电网调度和安全运行管理外,适时开展了电网黑启动的试验研究。文中介绍了安徽电网首次黑启动试验的内容,路经和试验结果,黑启动试验提高了现场运行人员处理电网突发重大停电事故的能力,为安徽电网应急预案的制定提供了技术支持。

Power grid blackouts happened all over the world frequently, which gives cautions to the safe power grid operation. The Anhui electric power corporation not only strengthens the management of the power dispatch and safe operation of the power grids and also carries out the test and investigation of power grid blackout start timely. This paper introduces test process, path and results of the black start. The test helps our engineers deal with the power grid blackout and gives technical support for emergency program of the power grids.
