反窃电是一个全球性社会性问题。电力公司应有识别窃电和挽回失去收入的保护措施,通过分析湖北省电力公司防窃电现状,提出技术反窃电和加强管理并举,打击与防范并重的防范策略。

Power-theft has always been a challenge to the global society. Protective measures and technology are necessary for the power companies to identify the theft phenomenon and to retrieve the loss. Based on the analyses of electricity theft and antitheft status quo in Huhei Province, the paper presents that technology and management, striking and prevention are equally important for anti-electricitytheft.
