核电厂丧失全部应急交流电事件的处理对策

摘要 压水堆核电厂一旦丧失全部应急交流电,除丧失堆芯衰变热载出的应急能力外,还会伴随发生反应堆冷却剂系的密封泄漏,最终可能导致堆芯裸露和熔化。本文简略地介绍了该事件的成因和严重后果,以及为解决该事件美国和法国在核电厂系统设计上所采用的补救措施和在事故中所使用的应急规程。最后,结合我国的实际情况提出了我们的对策。 Once the Accident of“Loss of all AC power to emergency buses”in PWR nuclear power plant occurs,it might cause severe consequences.Besides lossing emergency capability to remove the decay heat from reactor core,an event of coolant leaking out from seal area of the reactor coolant pump also occurs following this accident.In final,it might cause the reactor core to be uncovered and melt.This paper briefly introduces the causes and se vere consequences of this accident,and the remedial measures in the plant system design and the emergency procedures used during this accident which are taken by America and France to resolve this proplem.In addition,a suggected counter measure according to China national conditions is pressented.
