岩石地基土坝灌浆工程施工的质量控制

摘要 土坝粘土灌浆及岩石坝基水泥灌浆是常用的大坝渗漏的施工方式,具有施工进度快、干扰因素少、防渗效果好等优点。但施工过程中容易出现孔底沉渣偏多、灌浆浆液偏浓或偏稀、出现假象灌饱、劈裂过大、坝体抬动变形破坏等质量问题。论述了岩石地基土坝灌浆施工准备、造孔、制浆、预埋及拆卸套管、浆液变换、压力控制、大坝变形观测等施工过程中各环节的质量控制措施。 Clay grouting for earth dam and cement grouting for rock dam base is a construction method in common use for treatment of reservoir dam seepage. It has the advantages of quick construction progress, less interference and good impervious effect. However, it is liable in the course of construction to see the quality problem such as too much dregginess at hole bottom, too thick or too thin grouting slurry, false grouting full, too large split, dam body lifting deformation etc. A discussion is made on the quality control measures for various sequences of rock base earth dam grouting construction including preparation, boring, slurry preparing; embedding, bushing dismantle, slurry change, pressure control, main dam deformation observation etc.
