基于消费者感知风险的商店印象实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文在V.-W.M itchell提出的消费者感知风险的商店印象架构下,结合我国文化背景和零售业特点,重新设计了商店印象量表,并以北京、上海、长沙、南昌、兰州和成都等6城市的大型超市顾客为样本进行了实证分析。
