摘要
应用P204-HNO3和TBP-NH4SCN萃取色层法从纯度为99.998%的高纯Y2O3中分别分离出轻稀土La-Dy和重稀土Ho-Lu杂质元素,并采用XRF法测定它们的含量。方法的测定下限为7×10-2-8×10-3μg,精密度RSD为4%,全程回收率为98%-102%。
The extraction chromatography using levextrel resin P204-HNO3 and TBP-NH4SCN is used to seperate trace light earth (La -Dy), heauy earth (HO-Lu) and Y elements from high pure Y2O3, respectively. After that, all the 14 trace rare earth elements are determined by XRF. The minium determination limit can be decreased to 7×10-2 - 8 ×10-3 μg, the precision is about 4 % and the chemical recovery is in the range of 98% - 102 %.
