摘要
用半导体α谱仪测量了电沉积法制备的233U、243Am、241Am、244Cm以及242Cm5种。放射源的α能谱,用多重峰α能谱分析程序MULT对所测α能谱进行非线性分析,获得了这几种核素发射α粒子的辐射几率。有关强的α粒子的结果与文献报道值基本相符。
The alpha spectra of 233U, 243Am,241Am, 244 Cm and 242Cm sources are measured with semiconductor alpha spectrometer. The used sources are produced by electro-deposition method. The measured spectra are analysed with the multiplet alpha spectra analysis program MULT. Thus the alpha-particl probabilities of the five nuclides are obtained. The results are in general agreement with the literature values.
