提出了工程机械现代管理考核的具体思路和方法,构建了工程机械管理考核评价框架指标体系,探讨了基于组件技术和网络技术建立一个适应各种不同层次、不同地区的开放型、通用的工程机械管理考核评价系统,并创建了系统的组件化模型,为工程机械考核体制、组织结构和管理模式提供了新的方式和方法。

The paper puts forward the concrete modern management and assessing thinking and approach for the engineering machinery, constructs the index system of the manage- ment and estimating frame for the engineering machinery, discusses the establishment of the open and generalized engineering machinery management and estimating system which could be suitable for various level and different area on basis of the groupware technique and network technique, and founds the systematic modular model, which offers new approach for the engineering machinery assessing system, structure and management mode.
