针灸与高压氧促醒颅脑损伤昏迷患者45例疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Hyperbaric Oxygen for Reviving Coma Patients with Craniocerebral Injury

目的观察用针灸与高压氧促进昏迷病人苏醒的效果。方法将昏迷病人随机分为观察组和对照组,按伤情决定常规手术或非手术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,加用针灸与高压氧治疗,治疗前后根据G lasqow-P ittsberg昏迷量表评分。结果观察组和对照组治疗效果差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论用针灸与高压氧治疗能促进病人早日苏醒。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen for reviving coma patients. Methods Coma patients were randomly allocated to observation and control groups. Routine surgery or nonsurgical treatment was given according to the condition of injury. The observation group received acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen as well as the treatment for the control group, The score was counted by the Glasqow-Pittsberg coma scale before and after treatment. A chisquare test was used. Results There was a very significant difference in curative effect between the observation and control groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Conclusion Treatment with acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen can promote the patients＇early revival.
