列缺穴对椎动脉血流动力学影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Point Lieque on Vertebroarterial Hemodynamics

目的观察针刺列缺穴前后椎动脉血流动力学变化。方法选择60例经彩色多普勒超声显像证实椎动脉血流呈正常的健康人,随机分成3个针刺组,即列缺组、合谷组、悬钟组,每组20人。全部对象用彩色多普勒超声显像仪观察,分别针刺相应穴位,得气后,留针30 m in,中间捻转2次,手法平补平泻。结果针刺列缺穴30 m in后,椎动脉血管内径(D)、收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、每分血流量(CO)与针刺前相比,经统计配对秩和检验,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01),而阻力指数(R I)和搏动指数(PI)无显著性差异(P>0.05),合谷组、悬钟组针刺后与针前相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针刺列缺穴可以有效地增宽椎动脉的血管内径,提高收缩期血流峰值、每分血流量,从而改善了椎动脉的供血强度。

Objective To observe the change in vertebroarterial hemodynamics after acupuncture of point Lieque. Methods Sixty healthy persons, in whom normal vertebroarterial blood flow was showed by color Doppler ultrasonography, were selected and randomly allocated to 3 acupuncture groups ： Lieque （ LU7 ）, Hegu （LI4） and Xuanzhong（GB39） groups, 20 persons each. Color Doppler ultrasonography and acupuncture of the corresponding points were performed in all the subjects. The needles were retained for 30 rain after the arrival of qi and meanwhile manipulated twice by a technique of even reinforcing and reducing. Results A paired Wileoxon test showed significant differences in vertebroarterial diameter（ D）, systolic peak velocity （Vs） and cardiac output （CO） （ P 〈0.01 ） but no significant differences in resistance index （RI） and pulsation index （PI） （ P 〉0. 05 ） between at 30 min after acupuncture of point Lieque（LU9） and before. There were no significant differences between after acupuncture and before in the Hegu（LI4） and Xuanzhong（GB39） groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture of point Lieque（LU7） can effectively increase vertebroarterial diameter, systolic peak velocity and cardiac output to improve the supply of blood to the vertebral artery.
