摘要
按照汽车用组合仪表对部品焊接工艺的控制要求,本文介绍了以三菱A系列PLC、机器视觉系统R421、PLATE触摸屏、JP UNIX控制单元、运动控制95MP控制器和多轴交流伺服电机系统为主体构成的自动焊接机器人,并对实现自动焊接控制的过程进行分析。
According to control requirements of automobile combined instruments on welding process of components, this paper introduces Mitsubishi Series A PLC, machine vision system R421, PLATE touch screen, JP UNIX control unit, motion control 95MP controller and automatic welding robot with multi-axle servo motor system as main body, and analyzes the process of realizing automatic welding control.
