Design of Network-Oriented Numerical Control Processing System

介绍了一个面向网络的数控加工系统的建设过程。通过Internet/Intranet网络把数控机床等设备与CAD/CAM软件集成,以CAD/CAM软件作为设计与制造平台,以V-CNC作为模拟演示与校验的仿真平台,以NC机床作为实际操作与加工的生产平台,实现制造区域内设计、编程、校验以及DNC加工。

This paper introduces construction process of a network-oriented numerical control processing system. By way of Internet/Intranet network, equipment such as numerical control machine tool is integrated with CAD/CAM software,where, CAD/CAM software is used as a design and manufacturing platform,V-CNC as simulation platform of simulation demonstration and checkout, and NC machine tool as production platform of actual operation and processing in order to realize design, programming, checkout and DNC fabrication within area of manufacture.
