不同温度下3种害螨实验种群生命表研究

Life Table for 3 Mite Species under Different Temperature

在室内20,25,30,35℃恒温条件下,采用富士苹果叶片饲养观察二斑叶螨、山楂叶螨和苹果全爪螨。组建4种温度下3种害螨实验种群生命表,计算出各温度下3种害螨各虫态的发育历期、雌成螨寿命、产卵期和产卵量等主要生命、生殖参数,并通过生命表资料统计出种群内禀增长率、净增殖率、世代平均周期、种群加倍时间和周限增长率等种群动态参数。

Tetranychus urticae Koch, Tetranychus viennensis Zacher and Panonychus ulmi Koch were fed with apple leaves at 4 constant temperatures ranging from 20℃ to 35℃ in laboratory. Life tables were constructed in order to calculate developmental period of each stage, female longevity, oviposition period and total number of eggs laid per female and to estimate the intrinsic rate of increase （ rm ） , net reproductive rate（Ro） , mean generation time（T）, double population time（t） and finite rate of increasse（λ） for 3 species at different temperatures.
