北虫草人工栽培条件的优化

Optimization on Conditions of Artificial Cultivation of Cordyceps militaris

通过单因素试验和主要因素的正交试验结果表明：北虫草（Cordyceps militnm）栽培的最佳的原料为大米＋10％的蛹粉，原料含水量以60％为佳；最适子实体生长温度为19℃；最适pH为5．5～7．5；黑暗培养不利于子实体生长，在300～700lx的散射光照时产量最高。

The cultural conditions of Cordyceps militaris were reported in this paper. The experiment results showed that the suitable technical conditions of yield of Cordyceps militaris were at 19℃, pH7. 5 and 300 - 700lx scattering light. The material was 90% rice mixed 10% powder of silkworm chrysalis ,and the moisture was 60%.
