摘要
以10个大豆品种的新种子和相应人工老化种子为材料,进行半粒种子发芽试验,测量胚根长度,并将胚根长度划分为4个范围,即小于1cm、1~2cm、2~3cm和大于3cm,再将半粒种子发芽率与田间出苗率进行相关分析。结果表明:大豆新种子胚根长度大于3cm的种子百分数与田间出苗率相关系数最高,二者存在极显著正相关;而胚根长度小于1cm的种子百分数与田间出苗率呈显著负相关。大豆老化种子胚根长度在1~2cm内的种子百分数与田间出苗率呈显著正相关。因此初步认为,半粒种子发芽法作为大豆种子活力测定的一种方法,具有可行性。
The new and artificial aged seeds of ten soybean varieties were used as materials in this experiment. After the half seed germination the radicle length was measured and divided into four ranges: 〈 1cm, 1 ~ 2cm, 2 ~ 3cm,≥3cm. The relationship among the half seed germination percentage and the field seedling percentage was analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the new soybean seed percentage of radicle that was more than 3cm in length and the field seedling percentage, and the correlation coefficient of these two indexes was significant at 0. 01 levels. The percentage of radicle length of the new soybean seeds at 1~ 2cm was correlated negatively with the field seedling percentage. The correlation coefficient between the artificial aged seed percentage of radicle that was less than 1 cm in length and the field seedling percentage was significant at 0. 05. It was concluded that the half seed germination test may be feasible as a method of testing soybean seed vigor.
