摘要
研究了偏低温弱光条件对5个黄瓜品种苗期植株下胚轴、真叶数、叶长叶宽、叶绿素含量、净光合速率及叶绿素光化学效率的影响。结果表明,偏低温弱光造成黄瓜下胚轴、真叶数以及叶长叶宽的生长量减少,叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率和叶绿素光化学效率降低。不同品种受低温弱光逆境影响的部位和程度不同。
Effects of low temperature and poor light on hypocotyls, true leaves, leaf length and width, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll photochemical efficiency of 5 cucumber varieties were studied. The results showed that the increment of hypocotyls, true leaf increasing and leaf expanding were reduced under the stress of low temperature and poor light. Chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and Chlorophyll photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) were also decreased comparied with CK. Part and degree influenced were different under low temperature and poor light in different cucumber varieties.
