摘要
为提高塑料注射机的自动化程度和提高控制精度,满足生产的实际需要,我们对河南省驻马店地区塑料设备厂的塑料注射机传统的电气控制方法进行了改造,研制了以MCS-51系列单片机为核心的微机控制系统。本文仅介绍500克注射机的时序控制部分:采用的方法,软、硬件设计及为提高控制的可靠性而采取的措施。
