摘要
复卷机工作时,放纸卷做加速旋转运动,文中以系统运动方程为依据,并以A级瓦楞纸的相关指标为例,通过计算,讨论了放纸辊转动惯量对张力控制的影响。结论是,如果忽略系统的旋转加速度,则张力将随着放纸卷半径的减小而增加,并且这种现象将随着工作车速的升高而愈加严重。
During the rewind machine's work,the rotate speed of paper roll which reel out paper has been accelerated. We calculate the sample data of A-grack corrugated paper,to discuss the influence of the moment of inertia of the paper roll on the paper's tension in this paper. The conclusion is that if the acceleration had been ignored when designed the paper tension controll system,the actual paper's tension will increase gradually with the rodius of paper roll decreasing,and it will become severity when the machine's work speed increase more.
