包装瓶表面吹干除水设备的设计

为了贴刷标签、喷绘文字或装箱,包装瓶的外表面要求干燥。设计了一种新型高效的吹干除水设备,采用高压风机冷吹干方案,并对设备中空气的流动进行了分析计算,为设计提供了参考。设备经相关单位使用效果良好。

The package bottle＇s surface must be dried to paste the label or stain with ink or box up. This paper brings out a new efficient device to deal with the remaining water. The device adopts high-pressure positive blower to produce airflow without heating parts. The paper also calculates the airflow in the structure and the result is available for the design. Certain user tests the device and it shows that the dry effectiveness is satisfying.
