This paper introduced the new type synchronous belt double helix tooth synchronous belt,and analyzed molding principle of double helix tooth synchronous belt and belt wheel,and concluded the geometry equation of the mesh of the belt tooth and belt wheel,it established the theory base for the application of practice engineering.
