实现工业炸药小药卷自动包装,中包自动整列码垛是关键工艺之一。文中分析了三种码垛方式的特点,认为从执行机构实现自动化的可靠性及经济因素考虑,应优选采用分次进给——下沉式和一次进给成型式,固定成型方式最好采用捆扎式或捆扎——沾蜡并用方式。

Automatic whole-line packing pile technique is one of the chief technologies for packing small explosive cartridge. Features of three kinds of pile techniques will be discussed in this paper. It is thought that considering the possibility of realizing automatization and economic factors, feeding by times should be preferentially chosen, which includes sinking, feeding and forming in one time. As for the way of fixing and forming, binding and binding-waxing should be adopted.
