摘要 蒸发冷却测试台需要进行持续的温度测量。介绍了利用信息钮组成蒸发冷却测试台温度记录仪的设计方法,重点讲述了信息钮的特点和使用方法,以及以PIC单片机为核心的巡检棒的设计,阐述了相关的硬件和软件的设计方法。采用这种测量方案,无需敷设电缆,增减测试点的数目都非常方便。达到了蒸发冷却测试台温度记录的预期指标。具有防尘、防潮、抗震、性能稳定等特点,为温度的测量与记录提供了一个新的途径。 It is necessary to continuously measure the temperature of the evaporative cooling test bench. The design method of the test bench temperature logger composed of iButton is introduced. The characteristics and operation guide of iButton and the design of patrol rod with PLC MCU as the core are emphasized. Method of hardware and software designing are discussed. With this method, wiring is not necessary, it is also simple when measuring points will be increased or decreased, The predicted performance indexes of temperature logger for the evaporative cooling test bench are accomplished. The instrument features dust-proof, moisture-proof, anti-vibration, and steady performance, etc. It offers a new way for developing temperature loggers.
