摘要
以数字化射野适形铅模技术的开发为背景,首先简要介绍了数字化射野适形铅模技术的总体思想;然后围绕其中的铅模设计技术,建立了数字化适形铅模设计的数学模型;然后利用V isual C++作为开发平台并结合ACIS提供的功能构造适形铅模,将其可视化;最后,用设计加工实例证明论文给出的技术和方法的可行性和正确性。
As a part of technique development work of the digital conformal lead block technology, the technology for designing the conformal lead block is proposed. In the first step, the scheme of the digital conformal lead block technology is introduced generally. In the second step, the paper points out two important parts in design stage, which includes modeling and ACIS based structuring. In the last step, a real machining sample is used to prove the technology development in this paper is accurate and feasible.
